Skateraw Hall
The Skateraw Hall is to be found in the old part of the village. Going down Skateraw Road from the Railway, turn left opposite the Morning Noon and Night Shop and the Hall is about 80 metres down Bettridge Road on the left-hand side. It is a charming old building with a great atmosphere and has recently had a smart new wooden floor laid.
The Hall is managed by a committee elected each August and is available to be used by the inhabitants of Newtonhill for social and educational purposes. Any individual or group within the village is very welcome to make use of the Hall available for hire at very reasonable rates:
