Well, today I decided the excess rubbish that wouldn't fit in the 240 litre wheelie bin was going to have to go to Stonehaven, making use of the Council's waste point in the sports centre car park.

Not surprisingly, there was a number of other vehicles making use of the service. I arrived with two cars ahead of me and by the time I left, having deposited about 10 bags, another 4 cars were behind me.

Now, if this isn't a clear indication of the reduction is service provided by our elected officials, what is?
