Passed by Quoiters last night, apparently there are flyers going out shortly regarding it opening up again. Although it is open now, it is only for coffees, toasties etc. Spoke with presumably the owner who said they were hoping to open properly in a couple of weeks. He said they would be serving traditional meals & Indian cusine.

Everytime I have been in, I have had a ball. Vic is a great host and hid staff is very good. It is great to have it back open. I wish them all the best. I will be going back.

Well, judging by the couple of comments so far, we'll be giving it a wide berth. How much time do you need to give a business to get on it's feet? Trying to push forward when not ready is a recipe for disaster. Besides, Bollywood is great and consistent. We'll stick with them.

We have only been in for one drink and it was messy, also on walking past I was put off by a man in chef clothing emptying the cig ends and the bins with the uniform on and a pair of plastic gloves - hope he doesn't cook with them too!

I got 4 leaflets. Guess it would be useful to let the mannie know his expensive efforts are not being distibuted appropriately.
And .........oops sorry, I do persist in putting through the Newsey, assuming that as it was NVA stuff it wasn't inlcuded as one of your "rather not have list". Let me know if you would rather not get it.
And finally, if any one has tried Quoiters could they post objective critque. I am the proud owner of a meal voucher, donated by the proprieter to the Skateraw Fair, won by my daughter who passed it on to me as she is not due to visit again for a wee while.

Hi SF,
The yellow triangle at the bottom of the page states, "15% Discount off your total bill on presentation of this voucher".
I would expect, going by the word "Total", if you bought drinks with your meal, they are part of the total bill.

Kev, 9 leaflets is definitely ott. We never received any at all. I'd understand if 2 were posted but 9 ! Is the discount for meals only & valid all week ? Has anyone out there been for a meal there yet ? Would prefer to know more before we'll try it.

The girls he has doing the distribution have just thrown no less than 9 through my letter box!
Seems things never change: Get rid of the flyers as quick as possible, get paid & forget the notices on letter boxes stating "No free newspapers of junk mail"
I wish the management & staff all the very best with this venture, but spamming people with excessive junk leaflets is not the way to go.
Quoiters have obviously paid for some very nice printing to be done & as someone who's self employed, I wouldn't be happy about the cost being wasted like this.
