Oh dear... last few times we've used Bollywood it has been awful. No auto cash machine, always asking for cash.... food very poor since they lost their chef, and orders wrong and with bits missing.... Sadly time to say goodbye to using them. Wot a shame.....

This has been the 3rd time we have used Chillies. All I can say is that once again it was fantastic. Good portions, quick delivery and tasteeeeeeeee. yum yum.

Hubby here, I did find 2 hairs in the curry!
Will only use the Tandoori haven in Stoney as their curry's are excellent.

Hubby didnt finish his curry as he wasnt happy with it (didnt tickle his taste buds I guess!). As said before, he prefers the curries at the Tandoori Haven.

Ordered the meal for 2 earlier tonight, said would be half an hour but was more like 15 mins! Totally fine, no probs and lovely food - only wee thing, would have preferred a wee bit more chicken in the korma :-). But the kids are delighted that a 'bollywood' is back on the menu :-)

Curry
Hubby got a takeaway last night. Said the curry was better than before but he didnt finish it and wont be buying a curry from there again.
Us too
Ordered our meal for 4 of us on Friday night. Ready in 20 minutes. The whole thing was delicious. Hope this continues as we don't want to see a great curry place disappear from NH. Yummmmeeeeeee.

I called the other day and
I called the other day and asked still same and menu too but added on some other new items to the menu. Also recently found out that when they were closed it was by environmental department [don't know why] and deliveries were being mucked up as they were coming from the Bollywood on Union Street in town.

If I was the owner of Chillies, would advertise through this website or post leaflets through letterboxes to drum up some business. Maybe a 'two for one' offer or similar to get people in. Usually have a look when I drive past and the place always looks empty ! Just an idea.

My son and I were there last
My son and I were there last week and the place was deserted, can't think on the phone ringing, and it was so cold I actually sat with my coat on! The food was really rubbish and I decided not to go back then but didn't say as last time I made a comment about Bollywood I didn't get any good feedback!!
"Very Busy"
Don't like to knock them but....
We used them before the holidays. Took ages to answer the phone, when they eventually did they said it was because they were VERY busy and could we phone back in 20 minutes!!!
20 minutes later they wouldn't answer the phone, so I went up.
The place was empty, and they took my order. Whilst I waited (free beer by way of apology - and no licence!) there were 3 or 4 other takeaways in the 50 minutes I waited.
So, empty tables, 4 takeaways an hour, and they cant cope with this workload. Food was not up to the usual (ie previous owner's) standard either.
Wont be going back.

I won't be using them again either!
Ordered a takeaway on Friday night, went up and collected it. Then realised they hadn't given us nan or poppadom. Phoned and they said it would be delivered, phoned again 30 mins later and said curry was finished they said it was on it's way. Sadly never arrived!
Also had to pay cash
