As you mention facial things, tongue was very firmly in cheek when I put in the Public Art bit linking with Beees post about the meeting held to discuss same.
A statue of the councillors from the planning group would not be to your taste then Mel?
We did upgrade the Newtonhill Road play park 2002 from planning gain so if anyone identifies where upgrades may be needed the ball could begin to roll.

Public art? *rolls eyes* I would say that there are other things that the money could be spent on in the village. It's not that I don't appreciate art, but.... maybe upgrading the playparks and tennis courts should come first?

Elsick is backed as the preferred site over the next 12 years, while Muchalls is to remain untouched for the same period. Are the houses preferable to the development park indicated for Banchory Devenick?
